Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Inceptigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Inceptigo is an AI email assistant that helps users draft replies in their own tone. The service may integrate with Gmail or other supported email providers. Drafts must always be reviewed and approved by the user before sending. We do not auto-send messages unless we explicitly state otherwise in a future feature and obtain the required user consent.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4. Beta and Pricing

Inceptigo may be offered as a beta or early access service. Any pricing, billing terms, free trial conditions, and subscription renewal terms will be shown before purchase or signup for a paid plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of all emails and communications you send using the service. You must not use Inceptigo for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or impersonation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Inceptigo, its branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your own email content and any materials you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as Google, hosting platforms, analytics tools, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before sending them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inceptigo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a risk for us or other users, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will revise the date above and may provide additional notice where required.

13. Contact
